Job summary

HTG Management LLC in Titusville, FL is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day upkeep at assigned communities, respond to resident service requests, and support make-ready work.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical issues, perform basic carpentry and groundskeeping, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize repairs while maintaining safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to read maintenance instructions, equipment manuals, and safety procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, communication, and resident service skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests, prioritize urgent needs, and complete routine work orders within 24 hours when feasible.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine plumbing repairs (sinks, showers, faucets, toilets).
• Replace or repair light fixtures, switches, outlets, and other electrical components.
• Perform basic HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance, including filter replacement.
• Repair or replace appliances and complete basic carpentry and building repairs.
