Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ apartment repair experience including carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical work.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• EPA and HVAC certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
• OSHA safety knowledge.
• Strong customer service and resident-focused mindset.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Perform repairs and replacements to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist in make-ready of vacant apartments.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Organize and inventory maintenance supplies.
• Report issues to the Service Manager.
