Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing tasks and install appliances/fixtures
• Receive and follow work orders from supervisor
• Paint interior and exterior walls and trim
• Repair parking lot and sidewalks; maintain and repair plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems
• Install light fixtures and power outlets; repair wood components
• Assist other departments with moving furniture and loading supplies
