Quest Management Group in Maryland is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our multifamily properties in top condition. You will perform routine upkeep and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and related trades to ensure safe, attractive living spaces.

This on-site role requires on-call availability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and professional appearance. Experience in multifamily maintenance and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and appliance repairs.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, locks, and fixtures.
• Responsible for daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain the grounds on a daily basis.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Care, maintenance and inventory of supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company.
• Supply and upkeep of all personal tools.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional uniform and appearance at all times.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment.
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times.
• Operate within OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Know and follow management and community policies.
• Seek educational opportunities and self-improvement.
• Be available on an on-call basis.
• Secure maintenance shops at close of day.
• Other duties as assigned by the MS.
