Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Nashville is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our multifamily communities. You will prepare make-ready apartments, handle repairs, and ensure prompt, courteous service to residents while maintaining safe, clean grounds and common areas.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of related experience, a valid driver's license, EPA 608 Type II/CPO or equivalent certification, and basic skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make ready apartments including painting, cleaning and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with professional attitude.
• Perform maintenance tasks in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Maintain grounds, pools and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• On call coverage may be required for after-hour emergencies.
