Job summary

RADCO in Nashville is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment communities safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. You will address routine repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to on-call service requests with a focus on resident satisfaction and property safety.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in multi-family maintenance, HVAC/EPA Type I & II or Universal, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family.
• HVAC/EPA Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling is required.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
• Must be available for on-call, night, holiday and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property is well kept and address safety concerns immediately.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs including HVAC and pool maintenance if applicable.
• Move appliances and assist in transferring items; support on-call service requests.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours; respond promptly to emergencies when on call.
• Communicate clearly with residents, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors.
