Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance tasks and responding to resident service requests.
• Ability to read and follow manuals, safety rules and operating instructions.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance trades such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and report issues to supervisor.
