Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Stratford Wood in Minnetonka, MN. You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to resident requests, and maintain common areas to ensure a quality move-in experience.

The role requires basic trades skills (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry), knowledge of safety procedures, and punctual on-site attendance. On-call may be required; you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and support residents with outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Valid Driver's license, EPA 608 - Type II and CPO or local city certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and repairs for quality move-ins.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Performs maintenance tasks in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal as applicable.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities to keep them safe and functional.
• Potential on-call duties for after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and completes scheduled tasks.
