Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure physical aspects of properties meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Responsibilities include diagnosing defects, performing repairs, and completing preventative maintenance across building systems.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certification, a valid driver’s license for on-site operations, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal are required for Certified Service Technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property may be required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs per policies and codes.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including pre-move-out inspection, punch list, scheduling vendors, and inspecting work.
