Job summary

Maintenance Technician, Multifamily at Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for preparing make-ready apartments, addressing resident requests promptly, and performing essential maintenance tasks to ensure high resident satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical and carpentry, and adherence to safety and training standards; on-site work across properties is common.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certification required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, cleaning and repairs.
• Respond promptly to resident requests with a professional attitude.
• Maintain knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and attend training as required.
