Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Make Ready Assistant, Multifamily to support preparing market-ready apartments, maintaining the community, and assisting with exterior maintenance and common areas. You will help with painting, cleaning, repairs, grounds work, and safety compliance while delivering strong resident service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with staff, following safety guidelines, and representing the Cushman & Wakefield brand in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain EPA 608 Type 11 certification preferred.
• Experience with basic hand tools and property maintenance helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning, repairs).
• Support exterior maintenance, signage installation/removal, and debris disposal.
• Maintain grounds, pools and common areas in safe condition.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor and follow safety protocols.
• Provide excellent resident service and communicate effectively with residents.
