Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in multi-family housing or residential maintenance.
• Experience with boilers, elevators, and site mechanical systems.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and maneuver in tight spaces.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance across building systems.
• Manage resident work orders and assist on-site vendors.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance; ensure clean, safe common areas.
• Assist Facilities Director and site leadership as needed.
