Job summary

CCI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and clean facility equipment, buildings, and grounds. You will perform inspections, tackle repairs across roofs, walls, and mechanical systems, and report hazards to management.

A valid driver’s license and basic maintenance knowledge are required; HVAC certification is helpful but not required. The role emphasizes safety, hands-on problem solving, and a long-term career in property management with ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least three years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize skills in carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to conduct maintenance and preventative measures.
