Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs and make-readies to restore units to move-in ready condition.
• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas; assist with make-readies.
• Identify hazards and report to Community Manager and Service Manager.
• Follow preventive maintenance programs and document per BH guidelines.
• Maintain and secure property-issued tools.
• Post notices to vacate and communicate with residents as needed.
• Share on-call duties and respond to resident requests per standards.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies.
