Trinity Property Consultants in Tukwila, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our property care team. You will perform routine repairs, basic maintenance, and prepare units for new residents, building trade skills for advancement within multifamily maintenance.

The role requires 1+ year maintenance or porter experience, basic exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting, and a High School Diploma or GED. On-site work with occasional overtime and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Support seasonal preparation and storm response.
• Maintain clean work and storage areas.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
