Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support property upkeep, perform routine repairs, and develop trade skills for advancement within multifamily maintenance. The role requires 1+ year maintenance or porter experience, basic exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry or painting, and a HS diploma.

On-site with an 8-5 schedule, on-call rotation, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs; replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance; support seasonal prep and storm response.
