Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Denver seeks a Maintenance Technician II to perform skilled repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-ready turns across multiple trades, ensuring safe, well-maintained communities for residents.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multifamily maintenance, with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and EPA/CPO certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools and diagnostic equipment; complete safety training.
• This role may include additional duties consistent with the position.
