Job summary

MAA Town Park is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and locks. You will prepare apartments for move-in and follow a preventive maintenance schedule to ensure properties remain in optimal condition.

Requirements include 1–3 years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, and/or mechanical repair.
• HVAC experience required.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal required at hire or within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment homes and property facilities are in good working order.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units, electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures; plumbing, carpentry, and locks.
