Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshoot and maintain apartment equipment, appliances, and building systems. The role requires strong hands-on skills and the ability to respond to emergency calls around the clock.

Ideal candidates have two years of maintenance experience, HVAC/EPA certifications preferred, and may hold CPO certification. Previous multifamily experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC systems, appliances, electrical systems, plumbing and related equipment.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Assists in training Groundskeepers and entry level Maintenance Technicians.
• Troubleshoots property systems and oversees repairs.
• Inspects and maintains building systems and prepares property for inspections by regulators.
• Performs Preventive Maintenance including winterizing facilities and pool equipment.
• Inspects vacant units and paints turnovers as needed.
• Inspects subcontracted providers and documents work quality.
• Keeps grounds and common areas clean and safe.
• Performs administrative duties for maintenance requests and inventory.
