Envolve Community Management LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage a multifamily property in Chattanooga, TN. The role requires HVAC certification and a strong background in maintenance leadership, with experience in HUD/Tax Credit inspections and a commitment to exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, delegating tasks, coordinating parts and service, and overseeing repairs to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• Experience with HUD/Tax Credit inspections preferred.
• High Rise with system experience.
• Must have at least 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• HVAC licensed.
• Available to work overtime.
• Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• Must be able to accommodate emergency on-call schedule if requested.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required

Responsibilities

• Direct other staff members and delegate assignments to ensure all work orders are completed promptly.
• Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
• Perform wall repairs, HVAC and heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets.
• Maintain a working supervisor and complete other duties as assigned.
