Job summary

LEDIC Realty Management / Envolve is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Troy Villa and Gateway in Troy, MO. The role focuses on repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of apartment equipment, appliances, electrical and plumbing systems. Must have your own tools and be available for after-hours emergency calls.

Two years of maintenance experience required; HVAC and EPA certifications preferred. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience required or equivalent.
• HVAC and EPA certification preferred.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and preventive maintenance on appliances, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoots property systems and conducts inspections for regulatory readiness.
• Handles on-site basic repairs and coordinates with subcontractors as needed.
• Operates and maintains building systems to ensure safety and quality.
