Envolve Client Services Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on apartment equipment and systems. The role requires owning tools and readiness for on-site work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• HVAC and EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, electrical systems, plumbing, and other equipment.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Inspects and maintains property systems and conducts turnover work as needed.
• Performs preventive maintenance and property inspections for regulatory readiness.
