Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Grand 150 in Dickson, TN. The role covers all aspects of facility maintenance, staff training, and on-site repairs across multifamily properties.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years in maintenance, HVAC/EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. CPO certification is preferred, and previous multifamily experience is required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years maintenance experience required.
• College degree preferred.
• HVAC and EPA certified.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Previous multifamily experience required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all aspects of facility and maintenance equipment.
• Experience and knowledge of maintenance for a given property.
• Conduct maintenance training for others at the property.
• Perform on-site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical, plumbing, and other equipment.
• Be available for 24/7 emergency maintenance calls when scheduled.
• Perform minor carpentry tasks and preventive maintenance.
• Train maintenance staff and inspect work quality.
• Participate in interviews with Community Manager for applicants.
• Handle maintenance requests and inventory records accurately.
• Move heavy equipment safely and perform other duties as assigned.
