Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain electrical and mechanical systems delivering heating and hot water for our properties. You will coordinate with the Site Manager to ensure safe, efficient building operation and timely turnovers.

A valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy loads are required. The role includes regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs across apartments and common areas.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining heating, ventilation and hot water systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Provide continuous hot water service and inspect control equipment for faults.
• Perform essential repairs on apartments and turnover work as needed.
• Report health, safety and property issues to Site Manager promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds and document deficiencies.
