Job summary

Sterling Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep property standards, diagnose issues, and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other trades at properties managed by the team. The role includes working weekdays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and requires the ability to use basic tools and maintain safety standards.

Candidate should have 1–2 years of maintenance experience; EPA Certification and Pool License are preferred. Valid driver's license and own tools are required.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to read and comprehend moderately complex documents.
• Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general building trades is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical aspects of the property meet the company’s established standards.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural and appliance areas.
