Job summary

Sterling Group is seeking aMaintenance Technician to maintain the physical integrity of multifamily and storage properties. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related systems, ensuring buildings meet Sterling’s standards through hands-on work.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in maintenance, knowledge of building trades, EPA/pool licenses preferred, and your own basic tools. A valid driver’s license is required and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading, writing, grammar, and math skills.
• Possess your own basic tools to perform apartment/building maintenance.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical aspects of the property meet the company’s established standards.
• Diagnose problems and make repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywalling, exterior structural, and appliances.
