Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• HVAC or EPA certifications are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Weekend and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs) to keep properties in excellent condition.
• Respond to maintenance service requests promptly and prioritize work orders by urgency.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address issues early.
• Ensure safety protocols and health and safety regulations are followed.
• Assist with turnover repairs and prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Collaborate with property management and team members for efficient operations.
