Morgan Properties in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain apartment community standards and help ensure safety and compliance. The role requires hands-on maintenance across HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, with a focus on swift, professional resident communication.

You’ll work Monday to Friday with rotating on-call duties. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and experience in residential maintenance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance across HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Strong communication with residents and staff is required.
• One year of related experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsabilités

• Trouble-shoot service issues including HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards and laws.
• Respond to maintenance service tickets promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate repairs and updates clearly with residents and office staff.
