Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a 568-unit apartment community. You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues, and perform preventive maintenance to keep homes in excellent condition.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to commute within 30 minutes, and one year of related experience. Competitive pay, benefits, and on-call requirements are offered.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate clearly with residents and staff about repairs and updates.
