Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage and troubleshoot issues across HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing in a 692-unit community, while delivering outstanding resident service.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and comply with laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate repairs and updates clearly with residents and staff.
