Job summary

Morgan Properties, LP is hiring a Service Technician to maintain apartment community facilities and respond to maintenance requests. This full-time role requires troubleshooting HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, while ensuring compliance with company standards and laws.

A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required. You will work with residents and office staff to communicate repairs and updates, with on-call duties and a schedule that may include emergencies.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate repairs and updates clearly with residents and staff.
