Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC in Webster, TX is seeking a dedicated Multifamily Maintenance Technician to perform comprehensive repairs and turnover tasks. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to deliver efficient service, support preventive maintenance, and ensure safety of facilities.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance maintenance, plus upkeep of common areas and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required, obtain within 90 days.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Complete apartment turnover within 3–5 business days with turnover checklist.
• Provide common area maintenance: cleaning, trash removal, sweeping and pressure washing.
• Inspect building exterior for roof, siding or shutter issues.
• Support preventive maintenance program and safety of equipment.
• Maintain organized work area and up-to-date inventory.
• Be available for on-call hours as required.
