Job summary

ACC Management Group is hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician to support three multifamily properties in Madison and Fitchburg, WI. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, strong maintenance skills, and the ability to coach staff. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered and on‑call rotation may be required.

You will oversee routine maintenance, preventatives, and unit turnovers while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction. Strong customer service and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience; multifamily preferred.
• Supervisory experience or ability to lead a team.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance for multiple properties in Madison and Fitchburg.
• Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance; respond to service requests.
• Prepare units for new residents and manage turnovers.
• Lead maintenance staff and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and grounds; handle on‑call emergencies as needed.
