Job summary

Air Communities in Jacksonville is seeking a maintenance technician to support Citigate Apartment Homes. You will diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry, while completing make-readies and move-in-ready homes with precision.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of maintenance experience in facilities or building environments.
• Proficiency in two or more trades.
• Ability to diagnose and repair building systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building systems.
• Complete apartment turns and make-ready work to support occupancy.
• Document service requests accurately using the maintenance platform.
• Participate in on-call rotations (at least one week per month) and respond to after-hours calls.
• Coordinate with vendors and support quality control on-site.
• Provide trade guidance to less experienced teammates when needed.
