Job summary

Cambridge Management, Inc. (CMI) is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on preserving and maintaining the community, performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and make-ready tasks, and ensuring safety standards are met.

You will respond to work orders, coordinate daily tasks with the maintenance team, and provide excellent service to residents and vendors while maintaining accurate records in OneSite.

Qualifications

• Must diagnose problems and repair electrical, plumbing, exterior, and appliance issues.
• Experience in tub replacement and interior upgrades.
• Ability to complete daily work orders and apartment turns promptly.
• Read and respond to service requests with proper documentation.
• Ensure community standards and safety policies are followed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and address or report them.
• Perform preventative maintenance and make-ready of vacant apartments.
• Maintain community appearance and complete documentation in OneSite.
