B.HOM Student Living in Athens, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, and support property upkeep to ensure a safe, high‑quality living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include diagnosing HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues, completing unit turns, coordinating with vendors, and delivering strong customer service while adhering to safety procedures and company standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma is required or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in electrical, painting, drywall, plumbing, or related maintenance trades preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification is preferred.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• CPO certification (Pool) and other state-required licenses are a plus.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and general maintenance.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Ensure all work orders are completed promptly, professionally, and accurately.
• Perform emergency maintenance as required.
• Assist with vendor coordination and maintenance documentation.

Formazione

High school diploma or equivalent

EPA Certification (Type I & II)

HVAC Certification

CPO Certification (Pool)

1 year maintenance experience
