Job summary

Fortis Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team at Exchange at Crestview. You will work with the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily upkeep and ensure a high-quality living environment for residents.

You will collaborate with leasing agents, groundskeepers, and a maintenance staff to manage work orders, inventory, and preventative maintenance while adhering to property policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Experience with multifamily lease-ups preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• CPO Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool care.
• Must have your own tools.
• Microsoft Office and Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily property upkeep and repairs.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Walk the property to identify needed repairs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on stock levels.
