Job summary

Fortis Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site role at Exchange at Crestview. You will work with the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the property and ensure a high-quality living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and pool systems, and assisting in budgeted maintenance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Experience with multifamily lease-ups preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Must have own tools for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily property upkeep and resident care.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Ensure work orders are completed promptly and accurately.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Assist in budgeted maintenance expenses and annual plan.
