CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Fiddyment Apartments in Roseville, CA. This full-time on-site role focuses on preventative maintenance, repairs, turnovers, and resident service support to uphold community standards.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance tasks, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure safety compliance. Minimum 1–2 years in apartment maintenance required; pay: $22.00–$23.00 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Address resident service requests related to apartment maintenance, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Oversee turnovers, conduct inspections, repairs, and cleaning to prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain the community's curb appeal, including landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and property management team members.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours maintenance services as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Additional duties as required.
