Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of apartment maintenance experience, proficiency with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and a commitment to safety and resident satisfaction. This is a full-time position with benefits and an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Address resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Oversee unit turnovers: inspections, repairs, cleaning for move-in readiness.
• Maintain curb appeal through exterior maintenance and landscaping.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors and management staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure safety regulations and standards are followed on all tasks.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
