Stonegate Apartments in Manteca, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property's upkeep, repairs, and turnovers, delivering reliable service to residents.

Working as part of the CONAM Management Corporation team, you will perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and appliances, assist with turnover inspections, and help maintain curb appeal across the community.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to be flexible and participate in an on‑call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Address resident service requests related to apartment maintenance.
• Oversee turnovers, inspections, repairs, and cleaning to prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain curb appeal, landscaping and exterior maintenance of the community.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and property management team members.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation to provide after‑hours maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Additional duties as required.
