CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Butterfly Grove in Fresno, CA. You will support the maintenance team with repairs, turnovers and ongoing property upkeep to ensure high resident satisfaction and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and basic carpentry.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and appliances.
• Address resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Oversee unit turnovers: inspections, repairs and cleaning for move-in readiness.
• Maintain curb appeal through exterior maintenance and landscaping tasks.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors and property management staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Comply with safety regulations and company standards.
