Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Address resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Oversee turnovers; inspect, repair, and clean units for new residents
• Maintain curb appeal including landscaping and exterior maintenance
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management on upkeep of the property
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance
• Ensure safety regulations and standards are followed
