Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
• General carpentry and use of common hand/power tools

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances)
• Handle resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Oversee turnovers and inspections to prepare units for new residents
• Maintain curb appeal including exterior maintenance
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance
• Ensure safety regulations and standards are followed
• Additional duties as required
