Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our properties nationwide. The role focuses on corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, with make-ready responsibilities to prepare units for new residents.

You will perform on-site upkeep, respond to work orders, maintain safety standards, keep logs, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure high-quality service and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and repairs as directed.
• Respond to resident and management requests promptly.
• Maintain pools, grounds, and common areas, including safety and logs.
• Assist with make-ready processes and turnover events.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and compliance.
• Participate in on-call emergencies.
