Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support upkeep of a multi-family portfolio nationwide. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-readies and grounds care.

The role emphasizes safety, OSHA guidelines, and accurate record-keeping while delivering strong resident service. The position requires daily on-site presence, basic computer skills, and reliable transportation for on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance on community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain the preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and features daily to identify hazards.
• Support on-call emergency tasks and safety procedures.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and logs.
