Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with property maintenance, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks. You will handle make-ready work under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include site upkeep, pool maintenance, safety logging, and responding to work orders. Regular on-site attendance and adherence to OSHA guidelines are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes, including corrective, preventative, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform make-ready, pool maintenance, and daily exterior cleaning tasks as directed.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain upkeep of maintenance shop and inventory; follow safety standards.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and document service work.
