Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments; perform painting, repairs, cleaning and general maintenance.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas and safety procedures; on-call for after-hour emergencies.
