Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as an apartment turn technician or make-ready technician is highly desirable.
• Bilingual or English speaking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the completion of make-ready units.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and appliance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to resident service requests.
• Maintain accurate records related to service and maintenance tasks.
