Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Cummings Place Apartments in the United States. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include daily community maintenance, responding to requests, coordinating make-ready, pool and grounds care, and ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA regulations. On-site work and on-call emergencies are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance in community common areas and units.
• Assist with make-ready and scheduling of repairs.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance.
